Privacy note
Short version for the enquiry form on this site.
When you send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter (name, work email, optional phone, and what you tell us about your business and process). That data is processed by Formspree and emailed to us so we can reply about a Discovery call.
We use it only to respond to your enquiry and, if you book, to prepare for the call. We do not sell your details. We do not add you to marketing lists from the form alone.
If you want your enquiry deleted, send a fresh form message saying so, or reply to our response and ask us to remove it.
Discovery calls
If you book a 15-minute OURBACK Discovery, the call is usually on Google Meet. We may record and transcribe the call (using a note-taking tool such as Fathom) so we can write your Opportunity Report accurately.
We will tell you at the start of the call that recording may be used. If you do not consent, say so and we will turn recording off. Recordings and notes are used only to prepare your report and related follow-up, not for marketing lists.
